hanky panky

I'm in Los Angeles this week visiting my dad and was delighted to discover this lovely and unique wedding invitation on his desk, from his friends Matt and Megan. The handkerchief is such a fun idea and I love that it reads "Please retain this hanky to dry your tears of joy" at the bottom. I was also struck that their return address stamp was made by a personal favorite, NoteTrunk.

UPDATE: Megan kindly sent me credits to all the amazing folks involved. Lexy of Scissorhands designed the invitation suite. Spoonflower printed the design on fabric and the hankies were finished by Danice, the "Sewing Lady". The vintage postage was purchased through Stamp Gallery in Walnut Creek, CA - an ever appreciated detail.

Please note: Whaler Vineyard is a private residence, they do not offer venue rental to the public.
